TNVR stands for Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Return, the only humane and effective method for managing community cat populations:
Trap: Community cats are humanely trapped.
Neuter: The cats are spayed or neutered by a licensed veterinarian.
Vaccinate: During spay/neuter surgery, the cats are vaccinated against rabies.
Return: The cats are returned to their original outdoor habitat.
If the cats are located in a municipality that does not have a fully funded TNVR program, you may be responsible for some or all veterinary costs.
